Thank you for all the brilliant services you offer. And at the best rate around!! I recently went online to check out other insurance companies to see if I could get a better rate. They all failed dismally to match Indwe. Not one of them could offer me an excess waiver and all of them were charging more for less cover!!!
I was recently broken into for the first time ever and Indwe was prompt, efficient and the consultant even showed empathy for my plight. An assesor was sent out within 2 days of me phoning them, and I can only imagine that the rest of the claim will run just as smoothly. Many thanks for all you legal advise too over the years. Your legal department has helped us in some pretty sticky situations with many different issues. Great to see there is still service out there like this and at a most affordable rate.

I just want to bring to your attention, the excellent service I received from one of your employees. Vickash Ackash, has been great in assisting me with a confirmation on Saturday, I was left in a situation, The durban branch had left for home before giving me my confirmtion. I called your call centre, was told by a lady, she could not assist me. My client was already driving from Empangeni to us to take delivery. I called the Durban bracnch numerous times, got no answer. I then called the call centre again, thank God Vikash answered, and totally took over the situation He understood the urgency and importance of this from a Dealers point of view, he did not brush me of, but assisted immediatley. The best thing was, that he called back. He did not leave me in a situation, he assisted.
He is a real asset to your company, good service equals to good and more business!!!!!!

I would like to advise you that I had very good service from Joseph who assisted in updated my long outstanding queries on my insurance policy. He really went out of his way to assist and came back to me as promised. There are very few people who take the time to assist and keep their promises now days and Joseph certainly passed the test.

Insurance companies generally take a lot of flak for their bad services and when they finally do something really good it is worth mentioning it and letting them know that their good work is appreciated. Just a quick synopsis of what happened. I was involved in an accident recently and subsequently submitted my claim. The claim was handled professionally and they provided me with a courtesy car which I am paying for. Subsequent to that I had to undertake a trip to a wedding with a friend. Because the wedding was going to be outside of town I requested that they add him as an additional driver which they did without hassles. In addition to that when I went to fetch my car the battery was dead and I was worried they would expect me to pay for it but they were happy to replace it as they promised to put me in the same position I was in before the accident. I am so thoroughly pleased with Indwe Risk Services that I am now going to be their number 1 spokesman when I interact with my friends, colleagues or anyone who needs insurance. People were so impressed that they could not believe I was getting such excellent service from an insurance company.

With service excellence greatly lacking in today's business world, I feel it appropriate to compliment those who do provide such excellence. My experience yesterday was a very pleasant one! Having had a breakdown with my vehicle on Saturday, I requested a breakdown service to have my vehicle transported from my home to the respective dealership yesterday. I was greatly impressed by the constant follow-up by the various consultants I dealt with telephonically. I unfortunately didn't record all of their names except Ntsie. I shall therefore be pleased if you could convey my sincere thanks for the professional manner in which they followed through with my requests, and making the experience so memorable that I will not forget it.

I just would like to say a BIG BIG thank you for the service received when I needed road side assistance on 19 August 09. From the first call I made (Nerisha), to the the time my vehicle and I were dropped off at the garage was simply mind blowing. The follow up calls made by Nishen, the attitude of the people and the the care expressed was simply exceptional. I felt like I had a person dedicated to me for that time. I eventually and fortuitously got through to Upasna, last week, who immediately pulled out all the stops to assist me when I explained my situation and the fact that I had been trying to get help for 2 weeks and had met with only silence. She is not charged with the care of my file but having listened to my tearful account, put a stop on payment and contacted the assessor for me. Were it not for her willingness to listen and assist me I would no doubt have advised my family that our interests would be best served at another company.
